Arrowhead Lodge Recovery is a 12-bed residential SUD treatment center exclusively for men over the age of 30 –designed from the ground up to address the specific needs of mature men. We are Accredited by the Joint Commission.

Our typical client is a 50-year-old married man, in a career and suffers from chronic alcoholism, or, opioid addiction due to chronic pain. We offer 45 and 90-day programs, excluding detox. We work closely with Employee Assistance Programs to ensure continuity of care through weekly updates. Arrowhead Lodge Recovery works with most insurance companies on a single case agreement basis for employer health insurance plans that only cover in-network providers.

To make transportation easy and simple, we provide transportation from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport to our facility in the mountains above Prescott, AZ. Intake is available seven days a week so your client may start treatment immediately.

Assessments:

If you are monitored by a board that oversees your professional designation and requires an assessment, addiction treatment, or both – our Impaired Professionals Well-Being Program provides solutions. The age of our average client is 45-65. The initial step for an impaired professional is a comprehensive assessment suitable for licensing board purposes of making decisions regarding your ability to practice. Additionally, what (if any) stipulations are put in place for your practice.

We perform Professional Comprehensive Evaluations and Assessments for our clients. Our P-CEA Assessment can be distributed to licensing or governing bodies, as needed.

Impaired Professionals Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment

The Arrowhead Lodge Recovery Professionals Comprehensive Evaluation and Assessment is an extensive and comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic tool; we use the P-CEA to ensure that individuals are able to practice their profession with excellence, expertise and safety. Designed to accommodate the unique and individual needs of each client – we also address the concerns of a referring entity. Our emphasis is compassionate advocacy based on comprehensive evidence-based assessment. We evaluate fitness for duty and the need for treatment interventions.

Eligible for our Impaired Professionals Addiction Recovery Program? You must meet our basic admissions guidelines:

• Men over the age of 30
• Addiction diagnosis
• Co-occurring disorders accepted

And you must:

• Have a professional license (Physician, Dentist, Chiropractor, PA, Nurse, Attorney, CPA)
• Be an airline pilot
• Be a ‘C’ Level or other executive
• Be in management
• Be in law enforcement
• Be in a board-governed profession
